Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Engineer to design, measure and improve digital-first processes across EMEA Customer Success and Operations Excellence.

You will connect operational needs with data, automation and technology to boost service quality and productivity. The role collaborates with process owners and teams to define standard times, streamline workflows and ensure adoption of improvements across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, BPM, Operations Management or related field.
• 2–4 years in business process engineering or operational excellence, in service operations.
• Experience in software validation and UAT handling.
• Desired experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future processes with agents and managers; document ownership and system interactions.
• Identify root causes of delays and manual effort; assess impact with stakeholders.
• Develop standard operating procedures and work instructions with process owners.
• Design time studies; establish standard times for calls, tickets, and offline activities.
• Distinguish active handling time from elapsed time; document methods and assumptions.
• Translate measurements into workload and capacity inputs with BI teams.
