Job summary

Arche Consulting in Kraków is seeking an account-focused consultant to develop client strategies, identify upselling opportunities and reach out to existing clients with tailored consultations to boost advertising performance.

You will work toward personal and team targets, advise clients on campaign changes, and build long-term relationships by optimizing accounts and driving revenue growth while maintaining daily KPIs.

Qualifications

• Czech and Slovak at high levels, plus English at a minimum B2.
• Experience in international contact center environment (≥2 years).
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office; analytical problem solving.
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Requirements

• Very good command of Czech and Slovak (B2+/C1) and English (at least B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• At least 2 years of experience in an international contact center environment.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
