Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar field.
• Ability to communicate well with all organizational levels of customers.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail.
• Initiating lab cost estimations, monitoring deadlines.
• Preparation and sending of quotations and order confirmations.
• Maintenance of ERP data including customer, contact and product data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of process flows.
