Miele is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a hybrid role based in Poznan. You will directly contact retailers and individual clients by email and phone to provide information on order status and to process orders from Miele retail partners.

You will clarify customer complaints, verify delivery capabilities, and offer alternative solutions with telephone product advice. SAP or other ERP experience is preferred, and Greek (B2) plus English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• B2 level of Greek and communicative English.
• Relevant work experience in customer service.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to build relationships with business partners and customers; attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status.
• Timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners.
