On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.Your responsibilities:* accepting and processing home appliance orders from our retail partners via mails (Swiss market);* mail product advice, checking the ability to deliver and possibly offering alternative solutions;* creation of offers in coordination with the sales force;* clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;* entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;* checking and completing work execution;* processing general administrative tasks of the department;Our requirements:* B2 level of French language;* german language would be an asset;* relevant work experience in a customer service;* good Team-player able to work in cross cultural team;* attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.For more than 125 years, Miele has been a family-owned, family-run company.
