What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree is welcome
  • Languages: Professional working proficiency in English and Polish, language optional - French, German
  • Experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry, including communication with internal and external clients, resolving operational issues, and supporting production-related processes. Proficient in computer use and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with working knowledge of SAP and IMPULS (optional). Working in a production environment has strengthened organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.

  • Be available for customers by e-mail/chat
  • Order management: registration, requirement and feasibility checks, communication to customers
  • Open order management: link with internal departments as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements
  • Proactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillment
  • Receive and process complains
  • Support activities and campaigns
  • Provide customers with information regarding products, services, prices and delivery times
  • Handle reservations and contracts
  • Responsibility for invoicing activities, order & shipment tracking
