Job summary

Emd Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the primary contact for our customers via telephone, email, and web channels. You will manage the full order cycle—from entry and status updates to resolving shipping issues—within a dynamic international team.

The role is based in our Wroclaw office with a standard 8:00 am to 17:30 CET schedule and a hybrid work model after onboarding. You will support customers while collaborating with Sales, Finance and Distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese and good English are essential.
• ERP tools experience is a plus.
• Customer focus and ownership of interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full order cycle from entry to shipping resolution.
• Serve as primary contact via phone, email and web channels.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure smooth interactions.

Work model: 5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed.

YOUR ROLE:

In your role as a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction (via telephone, email and web channels) is smooth and professional. You will take ownership of the full order cycle — from order entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues and providing timely documentation — all within a dynamic, international team environment.

Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless. This role is based in our local office with standard contact center hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CET.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Very good command of Portuguese and good command of English are essential, other European languages encouraged
• A focus on producing accurate, high-quality work and take full ownership of each customer interaction
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and master digital tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
