Job summary

Michelin in Warsaw is seeking a Customer Service Representative with German to join our international team on a hybrid employment contract, in a new office with strong benefits.

You will advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaints, manage orders and coordinate deliveries, and register issues. Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) are required, plus excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) is required.
• Good knowledge of English (B2) is required.
