Customer Service Professional with Japanese

Your daily tasks:
  • Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.
  • Perform daily tasks efficiently and timely.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with process changes and product updates.
  • Complete daily tasks as allocated efficiently and timely.
Requirements
  • Language: Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (B2).
  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in customer service.
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and strong computer skills.
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic, dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision.

Working conditions
  • Type of contract: you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract).
