  • Learn the art of providing strategic recommendations and generating exceptional customer service.
  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests about pharmaceutical products, solving the emerging issues via telephone, mail, chat.
  • Main requirement: Medical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies: pharmacy, biotechnology, etc.
  • Degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/Science or similar field of studies.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Effective organization and time management skills are essential.
  • You’re self-motivated and skilled at multitasking, ready to take on new challenges.
  • You are excited about your field of studies and willing to continue improving your knowledge in the medical working environment.

  • Schedule: Full-time. Day Shifts - 8:00-19:00. From Monday till Friday. Every second Saturday is a working one.
