Qualifications

• Fluent Polish language.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Actively acquire new clients and build strong, long-lasting business relationships.
• Build, expand, and manage your own database of prospective clients.
• Educate clients on available financing options and tailor solutions to their individual needs.
• Conduct sales discussions and commercial negotiations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Guide clients through the selection of financial products and support them throughout the entire sales process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets in close collaboration with your supervisor.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales via cold calling or working with an established client base (preferred experience in tele-sales or customer service in the financial products (e.g., loans, credit, credit lines, leasing products, installment plans—including consumer finance)
• Excellent communication skills (ability to build relationships with clients over the phone)
• Good knowledge of computer operation and MS Office suite (Word and Excel)
• Experience with applications supporting customer data management (CRM) is a plus
• Ease of acquiring new knowledge and skills, as well as sharing them
• Ambitious mindset with a drive to take on new challenges and achieve goals
• Commitment and enthusiasm, i ndependence, strong organizational skills, and a target-driven approach.
• Fluent polish language
