Worldline приглашает к себе в команду менеджера проектов, специализирующегося на Mobility & Self-Service. Вы будете координировать проекты от старта до внедрения, выступать как связующее звено между клиентами и техниками, управлять сроками и рисками, обеспечивая качественные интеграции и своевременные статусы для клиента.

Ищущеcя кандидат с опытом в платежах/финтех, сильной организационной и коммуникационной компетенции, а также готовностью работать в динамичной среде и с API интеграциями

Qualifications

• Подтвержденный опыт управления проектами, по возможности в платежах/финtech/технологических услугах
• Сильные организационные навыки и умение работать с несколькими проектами и стейкхолдерами
• Позитивный, проактивный настрой и ориентированность на решение
• Отличные навыки взаимодействия с командами разработки и продуктов

Responsibilities

• Р руководство end-to-end координацией проектов Mobility & Self-Service от kick-off до go-live
• Вы выступаете единой точкой контакта между заказчиками, техническими командами и внутренними стейкхолдерами
• Управление таймлайнами, рисками и deliverables, обеспечение smooth интеграций (WPI/TAPI)
• Сотрудничество с техническими и продуктовыми командами для решения проблем и качества решения
• Регулярная отчетность по статусу проекта и удовлетворение ожиданий клиента на каждом этапе

Задачи:

• Lead end-to-end project coordination for Mobility & Self-Service solutions, from kick-off to go-live
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring integrations (WPI/TAPI) are implemented smoothly
• Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure solution quality
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure customer expectations are met at every milestone

Требования:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within payments, fintech, or technology services
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Positive, proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
• Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with technical and product teams
