Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Customer Project Manager to coordinate Mobility & Self-Service projects within the Merchant Services Enterprise. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and successful integrations (WPI/TAPI).

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with technical teams to meet milestones and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in payments/fintech or technology services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with API integrations (WPI/TAPI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project coordination for Mobility & Self-Service solutions from kick-off to go-live.
• Be the main point of contact between customers, technical teams and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables for smooth integrations (WPI/TAPI).
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure solution quality.
• Provide regular project status updates and manage customer expectations at milestones.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to join our Customer Service Enterprise team within Merchant Services Enterprise (MS ENT). As part of a close-knit team of 8, you will coordinate projects mainly within Mobility & Self-Service, working with customers on WPI and TAPI integrations. A technical background is a plus, as you'll collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure smooth, successful project delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project coordination for Mobility & Self-Service solutions, from kick-off to go-live
