Google LLC Warsaw is seeking a Share Customer Engineer to partner with technical sales teams, translate customer requirements into cross-domain cloud solutions, and drive platform adoption for Google Cloud in Poland.

You will lead technical conversations, perform proofs-of-concepts, and support delivery planning across multiple domains, including AI, modernization, and migration strategies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role and with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in a technical (pre)sales/consulting role.
• Experience with Cloud Migration Discovery and planning, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents.
• Ability to communicate in Polish fluently to support clients in region.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales leaders to co-own a territory, accelerating technical validation to drive platform adoption and meet annual attainment goals.
• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, while facilitating the post-sales transition by supporting pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams.
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to prove the value of Google Cloud Platform with a focus on Agentic AI and Application Modernization.
• Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans for customers; continue to lead the technical engagement in the solution phase, maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration or implementation phases.
• Prototype and turn bleeding-edge concepts (such as multi-agent systems and AI-augmented SDLC tools) into practical, working solutions to customers' complex problems.

• Experience translating complex customer objectives into broad, integrated Cloud solutions across multiple domains.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Deep experience designing, building, and deploying Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems in production environments.
• Solid track record in Application Modernization (re-architecting, refactoring, containerization) or implementing modern, AI-augmented SDLC workflows.
