Concentrix in Kielce is seeking a multilingual customer service specialist to support Croatian and English-speaking customers across calls, emails, and chats. You will enter data accurately and resolve inquiries with a commitment to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent Croatian (C1) and conversational English (at least B2).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats for the Croatian market.
• Serve Croatian- and English-speaking customers with professional assistance.
• Enter data into the system accurately and promptly.
• Diagnose and resolve customer requests with a focus on quality service.
