As CSE MCO Corporate Affairs Launch Lead, you'll spearhead strategic launch activities across Central and South Eastern Europe, shaping the external environment to accelerate patient access to breakthrough treatments in diabetes, transplant, respiratory, and neurology. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
  • Build strategic partnerships with Global GBU Corporate Affairs teams to align on product policy and communication strategies for successful launches
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with MCO brand teams to co‑develop comprehensive launch strategies and brand plans
  • Design and execute tailored Corporate Affairs roadmaps that adapt global strategies to local market needs and regulatory environments
  • Drive stakeholder engagement initiatives with patient advocacy groups, healthcare professionals, and policy makers to shape favorable launch conditions
  • Coordinate with Medical Launch Leads to identify key opinion leaders and support reimbursement processes through strategic advocacy
  • Oversee implementation of communication campaigns and awareness programs that build disease understanding and treatment access
  • Monitor launch progress across CSE MCO countries and provide strategic guidance to optimize market entry and expansion
About you
  • Experience: Strong background in Public Affairs, advocacy, or external engagement roles with demonstrated success in stakeholder management
  • Launch expertise: Experience in product launches and market access activities, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
  • Strategic leadership: Proven ability to develop compelling strategies and translate corporate priorities into actionable policy initiatives
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Track record of successfully working across matrix organizations and building relationships with diverse teams
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with experience in negotiation and stakeholder influence
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Polish required
  • Education: Relevant degree in life sciences, public policy, communications, or related field
