Since our founding in 2009, we’ve grown to a diverse team of over 1,700 professionals across 40+ offices and 29+ markets worldwide. Joining Ebury means becoming part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions are valued. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance, while advancing your own career in a dynamic, high-growth industry.

CRM Improvement Specialist
Location: Ebury Warsaw - 4 days in the office, 1 day of home office / week

Are you a Salesforce power-user who sees a messy database and dreams of perfect architecture? We’re seeking a CRM Improvement Specialist to refine our Salesforce ecosystem. You will not just manage a database; you will be responsible for the "health of the engine," ensuring that our sales processes are lean, our data is pristine, and our CRM is a high-performance tool for the Front Office

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain a constant feedback loop with the sales team. You will proactively identify friction in their daily workflows and deploy process improvements that allow them to move with greater speed and accuracy.
  • Take full ownership of CRM data quality. You will implement a zero-tolerance policy for duplicated records and data decay, utilizing both automation and rigorous manual auditing.
  • Establish and enforce "Data Standards of Excellence." You will lead the training and governance required to ensure every user understands their role in maintaining a world-class database.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant (Salesforce Certifications highly preferred).
  • A "fixer" mentality: You are naturally inclined to find gaps, identify root causes, and build scalable solutions.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with high-performing sales teams, translating their field requirements into technical reality.
  • Mastery of duplication tools and Salesforce flow automation.
Why Ebury?
  • Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonusthat truly rewards your performance from day one.
  • Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.
  • Clear, Accelerated Career Progression: Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles within Ebury.
  • Dynamic & Supportive Culture: Work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and personal growth are prioritized.
  • Generous Benefits Package: Access competitive benefits tailored to your location, which typically include health care and social benefits.
  • Central Warsaw Office: A fantastic location with excellent transport links.
