Job summary

The Customization Group is seeking a dynamic Team Lead, CRM Campaigns (SZZ) to drive the newsletter and campaign program across 20+ online shops. You will own deals, creative, revenue, and margin targets while leading a hands-on team empowered by AI at the core.

Based in Szczecin, Poland, this onsite role requires CET overlap with European teams and leadership experience in CRM campaigns. You will build campaigns yourself and guide the team's growth and craft.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in CRM, email or campaign marketing.
• Leads a team, with 1:1s, development and hiring oversight.
• Hands-on command of a CRM/ESP platform, building campaigns yourself.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM Campaigns team and line-manage the team.
• Own the newsletter and campaign program across 20+ shops and brands.
• Own discounts and deals, and the commercial logic behind them.
• Own the creative and drive campaign quality.
• Own the numbers: revenue, margin and profit; steer the program to hit targets.
• Put AI at the center and raise the team's AI capability.
