Qualifications

• IAI certification or equivalent forensic credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and process crime scenes for evidence.
• Collect evidence, prepare lab reports, and train officers in identification work.
• Operate AFIS and SPEX systems; testify in court.
• Attend autopsies and respond to 24-hour callouts; work after hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain equipment and update reports for CSIU supervisors.
