Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Integrated Risk Team in Warsaw. You will perform data analytics, create reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements using SQL.

The role requires strong SQL/PL SQL/T-SQL skills, experience in a bank or financial setting, and knowledge of risk and compliance. English level is C1; knowledge of Power BI and SAS/Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL-based databases (SQL/PL SQL/T-SQL).
• Experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Experience in gathering requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Performing data analytics activities: reports preparation, sources investigation, automations.
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
• Analysis of internal and external regulations.
• Communication with stakeholders, gathering & analysis of the requirements.
• Analysis of the processes and proposals for improvements.
• Preparation of functional documentation.
