Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Credit Risk Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Private Individuals Credit Risk. You will work with Credit Risk stakeholders to translate reporting needs and apply metrics like IRB PD, LGD, EAD, and IFRS 9.

Strong SQL skills and English proficiency are essential. You will contribute to automation and standardisation of reporting in an international, data-driven environment, with opportunities for growth in credit risk expertise and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Relevant experience in Credit Risk, risk reporting or data analytics.
Good understanding of Credit Risk principles and concepts.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to translate data into clear insights and reporting solutions.
A strong interest in further developing your Credit Risk expertise.
Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Private Individuals Credit Risk.
Work closely with Credit Risk stakeholders to understand and translate their reporting needs.
Work with key Credit Risk concepts and metrics, including IRB PD, LGD, EAD and IFRS 9.
Use SQL to retrieve, analyse and prepare data.
Ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of reported information.
Contribute to the automation, standardisation and continuous improvement of reporting.
