Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Data Analyst to join the Credit Risk Reporting squad. The role focuses on mortgage data, validation, and ensuring accurate data across reporting environments.

Responsibilities include analysing and validating mortgage and Credit Risk data, performing data reconciliation, testing data completeness, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in an international setting with English used daily.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Finance or similar.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Experience in data analysis, data validation and data quality.
• Hands-on working experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of mortgage products and the mortgage lending process.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of English (C1 preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and validate mortgage and Credit Risk data.
• Perform data reconciliation between different data sources and identify discrepancies.
• Test the completeness, accuracy and consistency of data used for Credit Risk reporting.
• Investigate data quality issues and support their resolution.
• Analyse data from both a technical and business perspective to understand and explain identified differences.
• Prepare and execute data testing and validation activities.
• Document test results, identified issues and conclusions, and provide evidence of data correctness.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders involved in data and reporting processes.
