The candidate will work in a hybrid model with duties spanning risk management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication, contributing to measurable improvements across markets and banking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial services, credit operations, risk management, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credit facility amendments and data capture across systems.
• Assess amendments for material changes, escalate issues to maintain policy compliance.
• Analyze large data sets to surface trends and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with tech, operations, risk and control teams to improve workflows.
• Monitor risks and support governance through process improvements.
• Contribute to business transformation projects from problem ID to post-implementation review.
• Verify documentation meets policy standards and regulatory requirements before Facility implementation.
• Build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams for informed decisions.
