Citi is seeking a Credit Risk & Operations Analyst to join Citi Solutions Center Poland. You will manage the full lifecycle of credit facility amendments, assess changes, and collaborate with tech, risk, and operations teams to optimize credit administration workflows.

You will analyze large data sets to identify trends, deliver actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, and help strengthen governance frameworks while supporting business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial services, credit operations, risk management, or related field.
• Analytical capability to synthesize large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of credit facility amendments and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Assess amendments for material changes or exceptions and escalate as needed.
• Analyze large data sets to surface trends and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, and control teams to resolve process issues and improve workflows.
• Monitor operational and credit-related risks and support governance through control activities.
• Contribute to business transformation projects from problem identification through post-implementation review.
• Verify documentation meets policy standards and regulatory requirements before facility implementation.
• Build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams for informed decision-making.
