State Street is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Closing Team Analyst to join Global Credit Finance. You will analyze legal documents, maintain loan records, and support the full loan lifecycle from onboarding to maturity.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with loan systems, and the ability to work across front office, compliance, and operations in a fast-paced financial environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in commercial lending.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable working with large data sets.
• LoanIQ or comparable loan management/servicing platform experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and reporting is a plus.
• Experience supporting regulatory exam preparation or internal audit responses in a financial services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and interpret legal documents related to credit facilities, including credit agreements, amendments, security agreements, and other related documentation.
• Set up, maintain, and reconcile loan records across internal systems, ensuring consistency between executed documents and system data.
• Maintain organized records of credit documentation and ensure proper filing, tracking, and updates.
• Support the full loan lifecycle—from booking and onboarding through amendment processing and final maturity.
• Coordinate with front office and operations to facilitate timely execution and processing.
• Identify and elevate data discrepancies; investigate root causes and implement corrections cross-functionally.
