Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Social Media / Video / Ads Specialist to manage content across multiple brands. You will edit short and long-form video content, craft hooks, write captions, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

You will combine video editing with content strategy, audience engagement and paid advertising to drive attention, engagement, conversations, leads and sales. Experience with AI-assisted content creation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience creating Reels, Shorts and TikToks.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of hooks and CTAs.
• Experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with Canva and CapCut or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement social media content plans.
• Edit Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit longer-form YouTube videos.
• Create strong hooks and video openings.
• Add subtitles, B-roll, graphics and music.
• Repurpose longer content into short-form videos.
• Repurpose content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Write captions and calls to action.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Respond to comments and engage with relevant accounts and communities.
• Identify content that is performing well.
• Help improve reach, engagement and conversions.
• Upload and optimise YouTube videos.
