Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects across graphic design, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You’ll evaluate AI-produced outputs, provide detailed human feedback, and help improve training data quality.

Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required, and you’ll work remotely on global projects. The role requires proficiency with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools, plus strong attention to detail and English

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including annotation or evaluation.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work remotely and meet project deadlines independently.
• Proficiency with the listed creative applications; similar tools are welcome.
• Attention to detail with the ability to assess usability, accuracy, and realism.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
