Job summary

Medtronic plc in Poland is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Spanish to support the Order Validation team. You will resolve order discrepancies, update missing information, and manage order changes to ensure on‑time shipment and invoicing.

The role requires English and Spanish at least at B2 level, 1 year in a customer care role, and experience with SAP and advanced Excel. Portuguese is a plus, with opportunities for process improvements and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blocked orders and lift blocks to enable shipment and invoicing.
• Identify customer needs, clarify issues and missing information; resolve order entry queries.
• Handle reports and follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
• Manage blocks, errors, back orders, and delivery reporting; ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
• Work in SAP ECC and CRM CIC environments.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and internal teams.

The Order Validation team acts as a link between the Order Entry team, sales representatives and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and the resolution of order-related issues. The Customer Service Representative with Spanish supports the Order Validation team by resolving order discrepancies, updating missing information, handling order changes and checking order status. The role helps ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders so orders move accurately and efficiently through the process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor blocked orders and ensure block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.
• Identify customer needs, clarify potential issues and missing information, resolve order entry queries and provide long-term solutions.
• Handle reports and perform follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
• Manage blocks and errors, back orders, par level, delivery, pricing and transport report follow-up.
• Handle queries and maintain smooth ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in SAP ECC and CRM CIC environments.

Required Qualifications

• Spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish at minimum B2 level.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations departments, or equivalent computer literacy.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience using SAP, advanced Excel knowledge including VBA, and OMD and OOB.
• SAP ECC knowledge.
• Proactive and investigative mindset with a willingness to recommend process improvements.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
