Job description

• Scheduling assembly/construction work according to the schedule
• Supervision of assembly/construction work
• Maintaining records of assembly/construction work
• Preparing material lists
• Ordering materials
• Active participation in arrangements with subcontractors and clients, conducting telephone arrangements
• Obtaining quotes for construction services and materials
• Preparing assembly documentation
• Preparing protocols and documents for building handover
• Meetings with clients and subcontractors on construction sites throughout Poland
• Collaboration with the Procurement Department and other company departments during project implementation
• Higher technical education, preferably in a field specializing in construction, electrical engineering, or mechanics
• Ability to create and read technical documentation (including construction designs)
• Ability to work with AutoCad
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to think analytically and creatively
• Category B driving license.
