UBS is seeking a corporate tax professional to join the Group Tax team in Poland. The role involves daily tax control, compliance, reporting and collaboration across EMEA regions to strengthen tax processes and accounting for financial statements.

You will gain exposure to international tax developments, participate in tax-related projects and contribute to accurate tax accounting while staying up-to-date with new legislation and AI-driven workflow improvements.

You’ll take ownership of daily corporate tax control processes, covering compliance, reporting and administration. As you develop, you’ll gain exposure to more complex tax topics and projects, helping you strengthen both your controls knowledge and your understanding of international tax.

Your responsibilities include:

• manage day-to-day corporate tax control processes across EMEA
• support tax compliance, reporting and administrative activities
• contribute to accurate tax accounting for financial reporting
• monitor and apply relevant tax legislation updates
• support delivery of tax-related projects as they arise
• collaborate with colleagues across functions and regions

The team

You’ll join the EMEA team within the Group Tax function. As UBS’s in-house tax department, we help manage the firm’s corporate income tax position responsibly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while supporting sustainable tax outcomes.

Your Skills And Experience

• solid understanding of tax accounting for financial statement purposes
• experience with corporate tax compliance processes
• genuine interest in tax legislation and international tax developments
• previous experience working within a tax team
• ability to organize workload and manage priorities independently
• good working knowledge of MS Office tools
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standard and ethical use.
