The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, delivering market insights, and coordinating with trading desks to ensure accurate execution and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience serving institutional/corporate FX clients.
• Strong knowledge of FX products, esp. Spot/Forward; options a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools; ability to analyse market trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to institutional and corporate clients in FX transactions.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and deliver professional FX product guidance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with the Bank's clients.
• Collaborate with trading desks and operations to ensure accurate execution.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and client materials as needed.
