Qualifications

• Experience working with institutional and/or corporate FX clients.
• Solid understanding of FX products, especially Spot and Forward; FX options knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of fixed income products desirable.
• Professional qualifications such as MPW, Investment Advisor (DI), CFA, or CIIA viewed favorably.
• Fluent English and Polish in speech and writing.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to support productivity.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive support to institutional and corporate clients in relation to FX transactions.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and deliver professional support on FX products and market developments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with the Bank's clients.
• Collaborate with trading desks and operations to ensure seamless transaction execution and high-quality client service.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and best market practices.
• Support administrative processes, including document verification, reports, presentations, and client materials.
