Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages (Portal), and Power Automate.
• Proven experience creating agents in Copilot Studio.
• Track record of integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations and transform business processes using the Power Platform stack.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps tools.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on low‑code approaches.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with various business systems, leveraging the Power Platform and other relevant technologies.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing automations and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI‑powered automation, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related AI technologies.

Copilot Studio Developer

You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports solutions using Power Platform, RPA, and other modern technologies, serving major players in the financial markets on challenging projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations and transform business processes using the Power Platform stack.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps tools.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on low‑code approaches.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with various business systems, leveraging the Power Platform and other relevant technologies.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing automations and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI‑powered automation, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting expertise across a variety of business processes. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages (Portal), and Power Automate.
• Proven experience creating agents in Copilot Studio.
• Track record of integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience using Autogen or Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Experience with the .NET framework.
• Solid scripting or coding in JavaScript or C# for custom connectors and UI tweaks.
• SQL Server or Azure SQL schema design and performance tuning.
• Power Platform or Azure AI certification (PL‑200 / AI‑102 or similar).
• Experience facilitating technical workshops or hackathons.
