Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a senior Copilot Studio Architect to design, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions across financial services clients. You’ll work in a versatile team delivering end-to-end architectures using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services.

You’ll lead client engagements, shape technical visions, run workshops, and present complex architectures while advancing your consulting and technical skills in a global EY environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions.
• Solid background in integration design (REST APIs, OAuth, identity propagation).
• Strong experience with Power Platform architecture (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, and managed identities.
• Ability to design complex solutions independently and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Build scalable, secure architectures with enterprise readiness focus.
• Develop advanced integrations with SAP via APIs, connectors and Azure services.
• Implement identity and access management patterns across systems.
• Define how agents are authenticated and authorized when accessing external systems.
• Hands-on work with pro-code extensions for complex scenarios.
• Lead client engagements: shape vision, design solutions, run workshops, present architectures.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to AI/automation offerings.

Copilot Studio Architect

The Copilot Studio Architect works within a technologically versatile team located in Poland, providing consulting services to the biggest market players in the EMEIA region and around the globe.

The opportunity

You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using Power Platform, RPA and other modern technologies. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Build scalable, secure architectures with strong focus on enterprise readiness
• Develop advanced integrations with systems like SAP using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services
• Implement identity & access management patterns, including principal propagation (ensuring agents correctly inherit user permissions across systems)
• Define how agents are authenticated and authorized when accessing external systems (e.g., retrieving invoice data or status from SAP)
• Work hands‑on with pro‑code extensions (Microsoft AI stack, agent frameworks) for complex scenarios
• Lead client engagements: shape vision, design solutions, run workshops, and present architectures
• Support pre‑sales activities (demos, PoCs, proposals) and contribute to AI/automation offerings

Skills And Attributes For Success

We are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions
• Solid background in integration design (REST APIs, OAuth, identity propagation patterns)
• Strong experience with Power Platform architecture (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, and managed identities
• Ability to design complex solutions independently and clearly communicate them to stakeholders
• Strong consulting and problem‑solving mindset

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience integrating Copilot Studio / Power Platform with SAP
• Experience working with Agent365 or at least thorough understanding of capabilities and implementation best practices
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen)
• Pro‑code development skills (.NET, C#, JavaScript)
• Experience with custom connectors and API management
