The opportunity

With the constant growth of our business and customers’ needs we are continuously looking to extend our organization with experienced professionals. You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using RPA applications, Power Platform and other digital transformation tools. You will work within a technologically versatile team located in Poland, providing consulting services to biggest market players in EMEIA region and around the globe.

A Power Platform developer withhands-on experience delivering business applications and AI agents using Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate understands enterprise integrations, can work independently with stakeholders, and is comfortable implementing AI-enabled automation solutions in a consulting environment.

• Business requirements gathering

5+ years in Power Platform and enterprise solution architecture, hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI agents, strong knowledge of integrations, security, Entra ID, REST APIs, and stakeholder-facing consulting. Experience with SAP, .NET/C#, Azure services, and AI agent frameworks is highly desirable.

A highly technical AI engineer/architect with 6 years of experience who thrives in ambiguous client environments and can independently transform business challenges into production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and software engineering best practices while remaining strongly hands-on

A senior automation consultant with 4 years of experience who combines strong Power Platform delivery experience with consulting and process optimization capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading solution delivery and identifying opportunities for process transformation using Microsoft technologies.
