Job summary

Trustbridge Design & Manufacturing is seeking a COO/CEO-in-Training to scale the business and ultimately lead as CEO. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operations, platform development, and network building for global manufacturing partnerships.

You will report to the founder and work within Vulcury Venture Studio, receiving equity participation and performance incentives aligned with long-term growth.

Qualifications

• MBA or comparable strategic leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering services, or industrial markets.
• Ability to lead teams and build organizations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a company.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy with the founder.
• Build and lead the operational team as the company scales.
• Develop internal systems and processes to support growth.
• Define platform roadmap and GTM for supplier network and customers.
• Recruit early leadership and build scalable operations.
• Prepare business for future capital formation.
