Job summary

Hatch is seeking a skilled Control and Automation Engineer to provide technical on-site support for the project delivery group in Katowice, Poland. You will ensure engineering designs meet specifications, codes and standards while coordinating with construction teams.

Responsibilities include risk identification, field supervision, document reviews, QA/QC support, and coordinating with contractors and authorities to achieve safe, timely handovers.

Qualifications

• Professional Control and Automation Engineer
• Experience with project execution and construction interfaces
• Hazard identification and risk management practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of design standards and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical bid analysis and site data verification
• Coordinate local permitting requirements and field engineering activities
• Review contractor submittals, ITPs and method statements
• Provide QA/QC support and review test reports
• Support construction supervision and field engineering teams
• Review monthly progress reports and change orders
• Coordinate third party inspections and on-site verification
• Maintain and distribute site drawings and documentation
