Qualifications

• Proven experience in controlling, FP&A, or similar finance role.
• Previous managerial experience including team leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Proactive, business‑oriented approach with strong stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools is advantageous.
