You will partner with senior management to translate data into strategic insights and to steer profitability and cost efficiency across the business. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and building a high-performing controlling team in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in controlling, FP&A, or similar finance role.
• Previous managerial experience including team leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Proactive, business‑oriented approach with strong stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and present management reports, KPIs, and analyses.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and performance.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting.
• Lead and develop the controlling team to foster a data-driven culture.
