Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a PLC commissioning engineer to join a team implementing projects in advanced logistics centers and warehouse automation. You will gain practical experience with modern solutions on global client projects and participate in system startups from the start.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of PLC experience, be willing to travel ~70% (including USA/Canada/Mexico), and possess English (B2) and Polish proficiency. A valid passport and category B license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with PLC systems.
• Willing to travel about 70% of the year, including USA, Canada, Mexico.
• Knowledge of PLC technologies, including Allen-Bradley.
• Interest in industrial automation and intralogistics systems.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation.
• Very good command of English (B2).
• Residency in Poland and fluent Polish language.
• Possession of a valid passport and category B license.

Responsibilities

• Testing and commissioning transport systems and sorters.
• Checking I/O signals and network communication.
• Analyzing documentation and ensuring operation per standards.
• Diagnosing issues and making corrections in PLC (Allen-Bradley).
• Calibrating sensors, scanners, and detection elements.
• Participating in testing phase before Go-Live.

Your tasks

• Testing and commissioning transport systems and sorters

• Participating in the testing phase before operational launch (Go-Live)

• Willingness to travel for business about 70% of the year, including to the USA, Canada, and Mexico
