Job summary

Electrolux Group seeks a Control Algorithms Engineer for its R&D Product Line Dish organization. You will develop advanced control strategies and AI-driven solutions, building and refining models for simulations, virtual labs, and automated testing.

The role emphasizes MATLAB/Simulink proficiency, modular algorithm design, and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational environment at the Zarow Factory Plant, Poland, with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field related to electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Strong MATLAB/Simulink proficiency and programming skills.
• Experience with control algorithms, model-based design, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into control algorithm specifications.
• Design modular control algorithms using Model-Based Design framework.
• Automatically generate production-ready source code for firmware integration (ACG).
• Validate algorithms via simulations and hardware tests (HiL/SiL).
• Develop and maintain system models, digital twins for SiL/HiL environments.
• Create MATLAB/Python tools for data analysis from real and virtual testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project objectives.
