Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Automation Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
• Proficient programming skills.
• Experience in signal processing and statistics.
• Understanding of dynamic systems and modelling.
• Experience in data analysis and basic understanding of Machine Learning techniques.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Translate project or product requirements into control algorithm specifications.
• Design and develop modular control algorithms using the Model-Based Design framework.
• Automatically generate production-ready source code for firmware integration.
• Validate algorithms through simulations and physical tests.
• Evaluate algorithm performance and ensure robustness and reliability.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (Algorithm Specifications, Calibration and Test Manuals).
• Develop and maintain system models (digital twins) for SiL/HiL using the MBD framework.
• Calibrate model parameters and generate model documentation.
• Develop MATLAB and/or Python tools for data analysis from real and virtual testing environments.
• Act as a technical reference and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
