• 5+ years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement or Vendor Management.
• Experience managing contract portfolios and lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of renewals, amendments, extensions and contract governance.
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
• Excellent English and experience with contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate renewals, amendments, extensions and remediation activities.
• Ensure contract quality, governance and data accuracy.
• Prepare forward-looking portfolio reporting to support prioritization, risk visibility and upcoming contract lifecycle decisions.
• Partner with Business Contract Owners, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
• Support governance, compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on contract lifecycle management.
• Contribute to the development of the CLM function, standards and governance framework.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement.
• Help establish scalable ways of working and portfolio management standards.
• Support the growth and maturity of the CLM capability across the organization.

The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 16000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations. We are building and maturing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capability within Procurement Hub. This is a unique opportunity to influence how contract portfolio management, governance and stakeholder support are delivered across the organization. You will help shape processes, improve governance, build best practices and define the future operating model of CLM.

We Are Looking For You If You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Vendor Management.
• Experience managing contract portfolios and contract lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of renewals, amendments, extensions and contract governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
