We are searching for a Contract Analyst and administrator

Join a dynamic procurement team committed to driving efficiency, compliance, and value across the organization. We are looking for a skilled professional who thrives on detail, data, and collaboration to help us optimize our procurement processes and deliver measurable savings.

BEC is transforming into a leading fintech integrator for Danish banks by strengthening our product offering and transforming the technology estate.

To support BEC’s strategic aspirations, the Procurement team is in the process of ramping up with a Contract Analyst and Administrator.

You will play a key role in administrating procurement contracts, maintaining system accuracy, improving process and data quality, and providing actionable insights through reporting and economic analysis.

This position offers a blend of administrative precision and analytical problem-solving.

If you have an educational background from business administration or finance, from either the financial sector or an organization purchasing IT, this role is for you.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Administer procurement contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
  • Maintain and optimize the contract management system for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance procurement quality and performance.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs for spend analysis, supplier performance, and savings tracking.
  • Develop business cases and validate savings to support financial reporting and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
To succeed you need to have:
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to build business cases and perform cost-benefit analysis.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and professional communication abilities.
