Align Technology, Inc. in Wroclaw is seeking a Content Manager for EMEA Sales Training to create, curate, and maintain engaging learning content across Invisalign, iTero, GP, and Orthodontics product lines.

You will work with Sales Trainers and cross‑functional teams to develop digital learning assets and enable the regional sales force. The role focuses on leveraging AI and modern content creation approaches, managing content in Allego, and supporting onboarding, certification, and product

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in content development or learning & development.

To support this transformation, we are looking for an EMEA Sales Training Content Manager to join our Sales Training team. This role will focus on creating, maintaining, and continuously improving engaging learning content that helps our sales teams build product knowledge, strengthen sales capabilities, and support commercial excellence across EMEA.

Working closely with Sales Trainers, Content Managers, Marketing, Clinical, Product Management, and Commercial Excellence teams, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality learning experiences delivered through modern digital learning platforms while leveraging AI and innovative content creation approaches.

The Content Manager will be part of the EMEA Commercial Excellence Organization and report directly to the EMEA Director, Sales Training.

Role expectations

1. Create and Develop Learning Content

• Transform commercial, clinical, product, and sales knowledge into engaging learning content.
• Create digital learning assets including presentations, videos, microlearning modules, playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, and eLearning materials.
• Ensure content is practical, learner-focused, and aligned with business priorities.
• Support the development of content across Invisalign, iTero, GP, Orthodontics, DSO, sales skills, onboarding, and commercial excellence topics.

2. Manage and Maintain Learning Content

• Organize, upload, and maintain learning content within Allego and other learning platforms.
• Keep content accurate, up to date, and aligned with evolving commercial strategies and product updates.
• Support the management and organization of the EMEA content library.
• Ensure materials are easy to access, navigate, and consume for learners across the region.

3. Support Learning Programs and Learning Journeys

• Contribute to the creation of onboarding, certification, product training, and sales skills programs.
• Support competency-based learning journeys and development initiatives.
• Assist in the development of learning paths that help employees continuously build knowledge and capabilities.
• Create learning resources that support both digital learning and instructor-led training.

4. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders

• Work closely with Sales Trainers, Marketing, Clinical, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, and other subject matter experts.
• Gather content inputs and transform expertise into engaging learning experiences.
• Coordinate content reviews and updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Support alignment between learning content and business objectives.

5. Leverage Modern Learning Technologies and AI

• Utilize AI-powered tools and modern technologies to support content creation and enhancement.
• Explore innovative approaches to improve the learner experience and content development process.
• Support the adoption of new digital learning practices across the team.
• Stay informed about emerging learning technologies and content creation trends.

6. Ensure Quality and Consistency

• Maintain consistent quality, branding, and learner experience across all content.
• Ensure learning materials follow agreed templates, standards, and governance processes.
• Support the localization and adaptation of content for different EMEA markets.
• Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

What we're looking for

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in content development, learning and development, instructional design, communications, training, sales enablement, or a related field.
• Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, or other commercial environments is desirable.
• Experience working with digital learning platforms, content authoring tools, or learning management systems is preferred.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an advantage.

• Experience with Allego or similar learning and enablement platforms is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Languages

• Fluent English required.
• An additional EMEA language would be an advantage.

Location

• Office-based in Wroclaw.
