Kinetyca is seeking a Social Media Superstar to shape how our founders and team show up online. This role covers strategy, storytelling, and the posts themselves, with LinkedIn as the core channel and aditional exposure on X, Instagram and YouTube.

You will be responsible for crafting posts that resonate with a B2B audience, and for tying content to pipeline, including booked calls. You will work within our Claude-based content system to enable seamless publishing.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years minimum in B2B social media, with GTM experience.
• Deep LinkedIn expertise and a track record you can show.

Responsabilidades

• Shape online presence for founders, team and company focusing on strategy, storytelling, and posts.
• Lead content on LinkedIn as core channel; extend presence to X, Instagram and YouTube as applicable.
• Tie content to pipeline by driving booked calls and opportunities from posts.

We are hiring a Social Media Superstar (Content Engineer/Ghostwriter) at Kinetyca.

This person will shape how our founders, our team, and the company show up online. That covers the strategy, the storytelling, and the posts themselves.

LinkedIn is the core channel. We also publish on X, Instagram, and YouTube, so strong experience there is a real plus.

Here is what we are looking for.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years minimum in B2B social media, with GTM experience
• Deep LinkedIn expertise and a track record you can show

Storytelling:

• You understand what resonates with a B2B audience and why
• You know what makes a post travel, and what makes it book calls

Tools:

• Comfortable with modern, custom setups and integrations
• Ready to work inside our own Claude-based content system

The link between content and booked calls matters most to us. We want someone who understands posting at a deep level and can tie it to pipeline.

We are very selective with this hire. Compensation ranges from $30k to $70k USD per year, depending on experience and expertise.
