Job summary

British American Tobacco POLAND is seeking a Junior Commercial Finance Controller – Revenue in Warsaw to join the Commercial Finance team. You will own the pricing agenda, support revenue forecasting, and prepare management reports to drive profitability for the Poland & Baltics Cluster.

In this role you will partner with Sales and Marketing, analyze variances, and propose improvements to reporting tools. English fluency is required, Polish a plus, ACCA/CIMA training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in finance, revenue management or business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy recommendations for products and launches.
• Provide commercial support to Sales and Marketing.
• Prepare P&L forecasts, variance analyses and commentaries.
• Forecast revenue during reporting cycles and improve processes.
• Support ad-hoc projects and business cases.
