Job summary

Jobylon AB in Warsaw is seeking a Consultant to join our international advisory team. The role focuses on market insights, client dialogues, and business development across Europe, with a strong emphasis on Swedish connections.

You will collaborate with Swedish embassies and clients, arranging events and meetings while taking ownership of initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master of science in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience from a consultancy firm or equivalent.
• Experience operating in an international context with business and market focus.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analysing, and presenting information and insights from external market stakeholders.
• Supporting senior colleagues in sales dialogues, by insight-driven development of new business opportunities and prospecting.
• Preparing and arranging trade delegations, round-table discussions and B2B meetings for Swedish companies.
• Supporting collaboration with the Swedish Embassy to provide support and business-promotion platforms for Swedish companies.
• Drive own initiatives as well as teamwork with a high degree of freedom and responsibility.

Are you interested in international business and sustainable development, working within a client advisory setting? Do you have experience from leading projects and problem solving? Then this might be an opportunity for you. We are now looking for a Consultant to join our team in Poland.

Business Sweden works with leading Swedish multinational and mid-size companies, as well as start‑ups across all industries and client´s business is often driven by digitalization, innovation, and sustainability. Our services include e.g. market entry & growth strategies including M&A, sales acceleration, public affairs and B2G, as well as supply chain. We both advise through strategic analyses and provide hands‑on commercial support to our clients in existing and new markets.

The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:

• Collecting, analysing, and presenting information and insights, which you will get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market.
• Supporting senior colleagues in sales dialogues, by insight-driven development of new business opportunities as well as prospecting.
• Preparing and arranging trade delegations, round‑table discussions and B2B meetings for Swedish companies.
• Support in our collaboration with the Swedish Embassy, to provide support and business promotion platforms for Swedish companies.
• We expect that you enjoy driving own initiatives as well as team work as the role comes with a high degree of freedom and responsibility.

The role is based in Warsaw, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients in Europe, as required.
