Job summary

Management Solutions is hiring graduates to join multidisciplinary consulting teams on projects spanning transformation, organization, processes, and new technologies. You will integrate into dynamic teams, contribute to client engagements, and grow through structured training and mentorship.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, Economics or Social Sciences with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Management Solutions is an international consulting firm whose core mission is to deliver business, risk, financial, organisational and process-related advisory services, targeting both functional aspects and the implementation of related technologies. We currently have a multidisciplinary team (functional, mathematical, technical and systems integration) of more than 4,000 professionals.

We provide services to clients from 53 offices (22 in Europe, 24 in the Americas, 3 in Asia, 2 in Africa and 2 in Oceania) from where we regularly serve clients that operate in more than 50 countries.

Requirements:

We look for candidates like you

• Recent graduates or final year students from: Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, Economics and Social Sciences
• Solid academic record.
• Get-up-and-go attitude, maturity, responsibility and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of other languages is desirable.
• Postgraduate studies and / or specialized courses are an asset.
• Strong ability to learn quickly.
• Able to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.
