Job summary

Sollers Consulting seeks an experienced IT project professional to lead delivery for financial institutions, with a focus on insurance and bancassurance. You will drive agile implementations, mentor teams, and collaborate with developers and architects to design robust IT solutions.

You will coordinate project delivery, facilitate workshops, and support sales efforts with RFPs and client communications, including potential client relationships across the EU.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector (insurance or bancassurance) in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of how insurance companies and banks work and their core processes.
• Experience in functional design of IT solutions and IT implementations.
• Creative, resourceful, proactive problem-solver with analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to ensure quality of deliverables and lead teams.
• Experience in team management and accountability for team results.
• Eligible to work in Poland and EU on a full-time basis.
• Fluent English; comfortable collaborating with English-native speakers.

• To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems

• Experience in team management and taking responsibility for team results
• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis
• At least a bachelor’s degree
• Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers

• Ability build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team
• Good knowledge of German or French
• While having the main office in Warsaw, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time
• Experience with successful sales or upselling on projects
